She manages projects from feasibility to delivery, ensuring technical excellence, clear communication and strong client engagement. Her work spans ground engineering, environmental assessment and materials re use, with recent emphasis on designing and supporting ground investigation for London commercial redevelopment and foundation reuse strategies that reduce carbon and support long term sustainability. Based in RSK’s Hemel Hempstead office, Andrea leads a dedicated investigation team, fostering a collaborative culture focused on professional development, high quality outputs and advancing sustainable best practice.
